- Most products take 2-3 weeks.
- Those marked 'only one' are ready to ship the next working day.
- If you want to have your order for a certain date, in many cases I am able to move you up the queue. In cases where the date is less then the minimum two weeks, there will be a fee. You are welcome to email me at itiyastudio@gmail.com and tell me for when you need your order ready for.
Returns and exchanges
- All sales are final, however, I accpet exchanges to other items or amendments free of charge, if your item doesn't fit you as you like. In the near future (hopefully), I will be able to accept returns.
- If you are London based you are welcome to pop by for a studio visit and see some of my items in person. Email me at itiyastudio@gmail.com to book a visit.
Urgent orders
This means I prioritize your order for 40 GBP extra and it can be made within 10 days.

You can place a normal order, as for the express fee - you can pay via PayPal (itiyastudio@gmail.com) or bank transfer (details below).
Please add in the description "express" + your name.
The 10 days means that I can make the garment and send it within the 10 days (from purchase) or in less time, but I can’t know when it will arrive to you. If you want to collect it yourself, by all means - I'll give you a code for free shipping.
