Returns and refunds policy

Most returns are accepted (excluding commissions and final sale items) within 7 days of delivery.

Please email us at itiyastudio@gmail.com describing your request and we will get back to you within 3 business days. As we are a small business we may not accept your return, this is done on a case by case basis. Do not send your item back unless you have received a confirmation email from us. Do not send it back if you have cut the swing tag on the item. Take into account the shipping fee will be on the customer's expense, return address is within the UK. 

The refund will be processed after the item is delivered back in its original condition, unworn and unused, with all tags and labels attached, and in the original packaging. If items are returned in a condition that is not resalable (broken, torn, smelling, piece missing) we reserve the right to send the item back and not process a refund.
