Shipping Policy

We ship internationally. All orders will be handled within 1-3 business days (Mon-Fri). Delivery times can vary depending on your location in the world, however, all orders receive a tracking code that will be emailed to the customer as soon as they are shipped.

The order may be subject to duties and taxes upon receipt and are the responsibility of the customer, please note, our warehouse is no longer based in the UK.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. In the event your package goes missing, please notify us immediately at itiyastudio@gmail.com to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Please ensure to enter the correct email upon checkout to receive the transit and delivery confirmations.
